Asoma Oy is the seller of the products offered at Asoma webshop. These Sales Terms are applicable to all orders and sales transactions for products offered and sold at Asoma webshop.
Asoma Oy reserves the right to change sales terms at any time without notice. These changes will not affect orders already placed.

Except where indicated otherwise, the prices displayed for products at the Asoma webshop represent the full retail price listed on the product itself in effect at the time of your order.
These prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT).
The amount of the value-added tax will appear during the checkout process after you have indicated the country of your billing and delivery address.
Our prices do not include charges for delivery and handling which shall be calculated and appear separately before you place your order.
These charges will also appear in the order receipt and shipment confirmation emails that we will sent to you.
Modes of payment and Payment Service Provider
Products and their postage are paid at order. In our store webshop you can pay with following payment methods: All Finnish Banks, Visa and MasterCard.
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Asoma Oy retains full legal title of ownership to the ordered products until it has received your payment in full.
The products ordered from Asoma webshop will be delivered by our service providers, GLS, Postnord, DPD or Posti, at the delivery address indicated in your order.
The estimated delivery time is 2-7 working days under normal circumstances, depending on the season and availability of the product.
Deliveries are made to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
We encourage you to examine the delivery package and received products within a reasonable period of time after delivery and check that the delivered order is complete and that the products are in good condition.

Returns and refunds in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations
For all products ordered from Asoma webshop you have a right of return and refund during a period of fourteen (14) days from delivery date (so called “withdrawal period”).
In case you want to return a product during such withdrawal period, please inform us by e-mail at email@example.com clearly indicating that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
Please also indicate your name and the products you wish to return, as well as the order number and date. Note that all withdrawal requests must be sent to us in writing.
Return of product(s) is to be done on your own expense, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Once we have received your notice of cancellation and the product(s) we will proceed with the refund.
